According to the terms and conditions, you must get an RMA number.If you send it back without the RMA number you will be charged $90.  After that hassle and returning the product, you will be charged a $19.99 shipping and handling fee. $20 for shipping and handling? Sounds like a rip off to me too.

Worse yet, you can not return opened products if you are in their auto-ship program. Considering there are no other purchase options besides their auto-program there is no way of returning opened products.  So there “satisfaction guarantee” isn’t a guarantee at all, just another tactic to hook you into buying their product.
