<p>I don&#8217;t know about you, but it&#8217;s been a lot of years since I&#8217;ve unleashed much of anything, let alone 220 of extreme fury!  Most of the time it&#8217;s all I can do to motivate myself near a dumbbell; Launch Full Impact seems to think it will turn you into a dumbbell-crunching, metal-destroying machine! </p>

<p>Pump products are the latest body building fad, and as such are sprouting up everywhere.  The key is to find a good one <a href="http://dietsthatwork.net/" target="_blank">that works</a>.  Let&#8217;s look at Launch Full Impact&#8217;s ingredients and see if it qualifies.</p>

<h2>Does Launch Full Impact Work For Quick Weight Loss?</h2>
<p>Launch Full Impact is not for weight loss per say.  It&#8217;s more for body building; creating muscle and losing fat.  My gut feeling is to look for a pre-workout &#8216;pump&#8217; product that is not delivered in a blend and that gives you effective and individual ingredient dosages.  The market is apparently saturated in them right now as it&#8217;s the latest body building craze.  Bottom line&#8211;the claims are outrageous and blends are not to be trusted.  Spend your money elsewhere.</p>

<p>The lifestyle seems to be more of a glorified Atkins diet. Most of us could have gotten the same results when I ate in moderation, no curbs at night, but had all the fruit and veggies I wanted. This diet does not like fruit, tomatoes, and all sorts of veggies.  The diet claims to help you lose about 4 pounds per week, which we could do with out the membership, but yet some people do like to have the customized meal plans to guide you along.  We do appreciate the fact that his plans seem to incorporate both diet and exercise into the program</p>
<p>Cruise repeatively mentions that his program is not a diet it is a lifestyle.  His books range in price from $5.00 to 15.00 on online stores. It is full great information, but once you’ve learned all you need about hidden sugars I believe this is a program you can do with out paying a membership fee or extra shakes that are highly recommended.</p>
