More than a diet, it claims to help  you discover the ” absolute truth” behind why you’re fat, and how to permanently get rid of your extra fat, puffy bulges, and the spare-tire and huge booty that brings you down. Absolute truth? Probably not, but this eBook is extremely popular and has been effective at kick starting a lot of incredible weight loss journeys.
