“I’m craving a candybar!!” sound familiar?? Or at the sight of the local Ben and Jerry’s establishment, your stomach rumbles. Have you ever wondered why you have those cravings? We crave usually because we need substances in our body that are more nutritional. After lunch, when that sugar craving creeps up it means that some part of us is unbalanced. Is there a pill out there that will fill those gaps where the body is craving concrete elements? Appesat claims that they have the answer to our cravings and a quick solution to portion control. They use a seaweed extract (Bioginate Complex) to inhibit those sneaky little cravings. Does that mean it helps with the irregular part of us that is craving nutrition? Probably not…let’s look closer…
Appesat’s Ingredients
Appesat’s main effective ingredient is Bioginate Complex.
Bioginate Complex: Is a fiber compound that comes from a seaweed extract found off the Atlantic coast. It works as a bulk laxative and expands in the stomach to make you feel full.
This product doesn’t mean that it will help with the deficiencies in our diet, it means that it will just help us suppress our appetite. Smaller portion sizes have proven to help lose weight within diet plans such as the “South Beach diet” and others. With “Super-size,” “Biggie size, ” and “Up-size,” it’s a definitely a difficult concept to consider. Appesat’s aim is to do just that, help with portion size. Ask anyone who diets what helps them lose weight, it usually has something to do with portion sizes. We really don’t realize how many calories we intake daily, unless your one that counts, which to me sounds exhausting. Curbing your appetite sounds like a great way to keep from having to do that daunting task. But to do that with out applying all the nutritions to your body that it needs is scary and can be very harmful.
There is nothing hazardous about Appesat, but it isn’t a “Marvel” diet drug. You have to maintain a good diet program with nutritional balance and exercise to keep the fat off. Appesat won’t do that for you as other diet pills claim will. On Appesat’s website has a link called “Healthy Living,” and has great ideas that will help you get started on a diet that is right for you.
Conclusion
Appesat is a safe product and can be effective if you are dieting and exercising properly. Appesat isn’t a drug and therefore won’t help get rid of body fat. If you are looking for a wonder drug than Appesat isn’t the diet pill you want. Appesat is a decent way to lose weight if you can commit to making healthy choices, but if you are running off of cravings it’s important to make changes in your diet.
