Hmmm?  What was that?  Yes–you heard me right.  Eat one fourth to one half the standard calorie recommendation each day.  If you’re in a clinic they’ll make sure you’re getting a vitamin shot of course (so your hair and nails don’t fall out and you develop problems like severe anemia)–and that’s bad enough.  The danger of over-the-counter HCG pills like this is you’re doing it on your own steam.  You have to weigh and measure that pathetic amount of food, and through the fatigue, dizziness and fog that’s your brain you must remember to take your vitamins.  You also have to try to function while taking HCG.  Good luck with that.  I basically shut down–until my frustrated husband forced me to eat or get a divorce!
