As you can see there are a ton of ingredients.  The good part is that there is tribulus terrestris in Progene. This ingredient has been shown to help increase testosterone in men.  The bad part about these ingredients is that most of them have no research supporting that they help increase testosterone.  The other bad part is that all of those ingredients including tribulus terrestris and excluding L-Arginine only add up to 320 mg! That is such a low amount! That equals out to only 16 mg of each ingredient, which means none of those ingredients can be effective! That would like crushing up an ibuprofen tablet into powder and only taking 1/20 of it!

My conclusion is that this is an unimpressive list of ingredients with unimpressive amounts.  This means that Progene probably won’t do anything that it claims to.
