A perfect diet for me would include actor Gerard Butler in a nothing but a kilt and a smile followed by Tyrese bench-pressing me while I eat berries slathered with cream.  Your perfect diet might include Paul Walker (if you like blondies) and a bottle of Don Perignon.  Tastes alter and perfection is in the eye of the beholder.
