Is ZooBurn a Diet Pill That Works?

ZooBurn’s a ‘diet pill’?  Here was me thinking it’s a cream for zoo animals with diaper rash!  No, joking aside, I quite like this fat burners name.  It’s different.  And different is good.  It certainly got my attention.  In a world where diet pills have scientific names like LIPOBURN 5000, ZooBurn is quite fun. 

But is it a diet pill that works?  Is ZooBurn something to go ape over, or are you just getting cheetahed out of your money?  (Sorry, couldn’t resist.) 

The proof is always in the ingredients.  A product can be gimmicky and fun and promise to bring out the animal in you, but at the end of the day its secrets are always revealed under its cap.   Let’s reveal ZooBurn’s shall we?

How Does ZooBurn Work?

ZooBurn is contrived of a proprietary blend.  Unfortunately the makers of ZooBurn fail to reveal the quantity of the blend…or the ingredients at all for that matter!  Oops!  They do provide an image of the label, but it’s so tiny it’s impossible to read.  This gives me pause.  In fact, proprietary blends give me pause.  They sound good, but they’re actually a cauldron of ingredients with a little bit of this and that thrown in, and often you’re getting nowhere near the right quantities.  So already ZooBurn has two (cobra) strikes against it.  HISS! BOO!

 Here is what’s in  ZooBurn:

• Chromium—Chromium is an essential mineral that works to strengthen your metabolism so you’re burning fat efficiently.  It does this by helping the body better absorb glucose so it’s used as energy rather than being stored as fat.  Chromium is actually an excellent ingredient with extensive clinical research to back it.  Unfortunately I’d question how much you’re getting in ZooBurn.
• Hoodia Cactus Powder—it’s rumored that Hoodia Gordonii is an appetite suppressant used for centuries by the Sans tribesmen of Africa to sustain them on long hunts.  It’s a great story, but no clinical evidence backs this ingredient.
• Magnolia Bark—is this ingredient all bark with no bite?  Magnolia Bark apparently burns fat and improves mood.  But without clinical evidence to support these claims, I’m not buying.
• Chad de Bugre—you can buy this ingredient in the form of a popular drink from vendors all along the beaches of Brazil.  The locals love Chad de Bugre for its fat burning and diuretic properties.  There are some killer bodies gracing the sands of Brazil, but again there’s no clinical evidence.  
• Green Tea Extract—now this is an excellent ingredient.  Green Tea has loads of clinical research backing it, and is a proven metabolism booster and fat burner.  It’s also chock full of antioxidants that kill harmful free radicals that cause aging and disease.  But how much are you getting in ZooBurn?

Overall, this is a pretty generic and weak formula.  I was hoping it would prove to be the King of the Weight Loss Jungle, but instead I’d say it ranks more like the sloth!
